Victor CHAN

Chief Financial Officer

Victor has over thirteen years of experience in audit, assurance and financial management. Prior to JN Medsys, he was Internal Audit Manager with the world’s leading semiconductor IP company, ARM Holdings PLC focusing on business assurance, specially ISO 9001 and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to ARM, Victor was a Management Accountant with CSR PLC managing the company sales reporting process and assisting with the rollout of an ERP system for revenue budgeting and forecasting.

Victor started his career as an auditor at Deloitte LLP in London. His audit and assurance clients include Grosvenor Group, Tullow Oil PLC, Ashtenne Holdings PLC, Laurel Pub Company Limited, Holland & Holland Limited and St. Paul’s Cathedral Foundation. Victor is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge. He received the IEE Jubilee Scholarship for academic excellence and was awarded the Pembroke College Foundation scholarship.
